Friends of the Athens-Clarke County Library Referendum collection
The Friends of the Athens-Clarke County Library is a 501c(3) group non-profit organization that benefits the Athens-Clarke County library system. The Athens-Clarke County Library was included on the Special Option sales tax referendum in 1988, which the Friends of the Library supported through public programs designed to encourage library patrons and Athens-Clarke residents to vote in favor of approving the referendum.

Included in the scrapbook are newspaper clippings and other paper materials related to her own artistic endeavors, and her work with Athens Art and Georgia Museum of Art. This collection also includes photographs of Dearing from 1963 and an example of a wedding invitation she designed.
Gary Doster papers
The collection includes drafts, review copies, and mock-ups of Gary L. Doster's book, A Postcard History of Athens, Georgia, published 2002 by the Athens Historical Society. Some of the documents feature handwritten notes, providing insight into the process of editing and publishing a work of local history.

Athens Community Council on Aging's History of the Station collection
Documents pertaining to the Athens Community Council on Aging’s participation in the Grassroots Arts Program, which led to the creation of The History of the Station, an oral history of the railroad station formerly located on Hoy Street. The Council attained ownership of the building in 1987 and restored it to use as their headquarters.
