Included in this collection are proposals, contracts, specifications for buildings and utilities. Correspondence concerning this material is included.
Items in Series One: Agreements are mostly labelled in regards to a Job Bill of 1983 and concern buildings and businesses that brought jobs to Athens, Georgia. Items in Series Two are mostly contracts and specifications for buildings and utilities. Most of the specifications are in the form of a bound book with some attached materials. This comprises the bulk of the collection. One Specification is located out of series because of its oversize nature. Series Three: Correspondence is one folder with miscellaneous correspondence that is not connected with other projects and has bulk dates of 1978 to 1979. Correspondence may be mixed in to folders for other series. Series Four contains miscellaneous items that do not fit under previous series headers, including a Tax Receipt Book, photos and plans for two Urban Renewal projects, and publications from various city departments on varied topics including soil quality and regional policing. Series Five contains ledger books for the city of Athens.
