The publication is undated, but the list of members is dated November 1, 1916; and Flanigen's text is entitled, “The President's Message at the Start of the Year's Work,” suggesting publication the following January.

This collection has no restrictions. This collection is open to the public. Library policy on photography and photocopying will apply. Advance notice may be required. Apply in the Heritage Room for access. The exception is the Order of the Eastern Star collection, the directories included in which list the personal addresses and phone numbers of members. These directories are not available to the public.
