Apply in the Heritage Room for access. The exception is the Order of the Eastern Star collection, the directories included in which list the personal addresses and phone numbers of members. These directories are not available to the public.

Biographical / Historical

Hattie Catherine Bell was born on February 23, 1864 and lived much of her life on College Avenue. She did not work but rented rooms to boarders. She died on January 8, 1945 and was buried in Oconee Hill Cemetery.
