Scope and Contents
The issues are undated, but the content indicates that they were mostly published in 1985. The unnumbered issue that features Mitch Easter on the cover—based on context clues, it is the third issue of the magazine—and Issue #2 are both in bad condition; ideally they would be replaced. Also included in the subcollection is the issue of New York Rocker (#20, July 1979) with Athens band the B-52’s on the cover. This has been placed here because of its size and the B-52’s article was an early instance of the band becoming known at a national and international level, in turn drawing attention to other Athens musicians.

Biographical / Historical
A music publication that focused on local and regional music but was not limited to such, Tasty World features numerous reviews of albums and singles. Historical accounts of the Athens music scene of the time suggest that ten issues were published.
