The Danielsville Elementary materials are comprised of a Grade 7 class photograph and accompanying folder. These items were donated by Mary Ann Abbe, the teacher of the class, as seen in the picture. Six of the 24 students seen in the picture are identified on the folder. The Madison High materials include a copy of Raider’s Digest, a student literary publication; another publication, Seniors ’81; programs for events like graduation exercises and the senior banquet; Red Raiders pennants; and a student’s personal scrapbook, which includes name cards and photographs. The scrapbook has for now been left in its original condition but would eventually need to have the items removed in order to preserve them properly. All of these materials were found at an estate sale.
