Two issues: Volume 4 – Number 51, dated Wed. Dec.22-Wed. Dec. 28 [1988]; Vol. 6, Number 49, dated Dec. 26-Jan. 1 [1990]; and a portion of a third issue: unknown volume and issue number, December 27th, 1991. All three offer the magazine’s year in review, focusing on local music.

Biographical / Historical
Classic City Live mostly previewed local concerts, profiling local and touring artists. It also featured album and film reviews and to a lesser extent local news. As an advertising-supported free publication, researchers are likely to find the copious ads throughout each issue to be of value in documenting Athens history.
