This periodical covers local artists based, and events taking place, in Atlanta and Athens, including a preview of the 2021 version of AthFest that was ultimately cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic and a profile of the community center and performance venue Nuci’s Space, located near downtown Athens.

Established in 2021, Record Plug is a publication covering the music scenes and events of Atlanta and Athens, Georgia. It ceased publication after its 50th issue, September 2025.
